Creditor Updates: Ocean View Farms Limited

Pursuant to the September 11th, 2025 order (“Initial Order“) of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador In Bankruptcy and insolvency (the “Court“), S.R. Stack & Company (2023) Ltd. was appointed as monitor (“Monitor“) in proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA“) of Ocean View Farms Limited (the “Company“).

On November 26th, 2025 the Court made an order approving the Sale and Solicitation Process (“SISP“) for the Company. The SISP launch is December 5th, 2025 and the bid submission dealine is February 27th, 2026. Below you may access documents including the SISP and the Solicitation letter.
