On March 27, 2026 Pitter Patter Daycare Inc. (the “Company” or “PPDI“) file a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to section 50.4 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. S.R. Stack & Company (2023) Ltd. was appointed as trustee under the proposal (“Proposal Trustee“) 

On May 6, 2026 the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, In Bankruptcy (the “Court”) made an order approving the Sale and Solicitation Process (“SISP“) for the Company. The SISP launch is May 7, 2026 and the bid submission dealine is June 12, 2026. Below you may access documents including the SISP and the Solicitation letter.
